Advising and representing clients with regard to trademarks, company names, copyright of titles (including relevant competition law aspects) and design
Contract law and licensing agreements
Conducting proceedings before the German Patent and Trade Mark Office, the European Patent Office and the Harmonization Office (OHIM) with regard to Community trademarks and Community designs protected within the EU territory

Studied physics at the Technical University of Munich (TUM)
Master thesis in the field of Mössbauer spectroscopy at the Mössbauer Institute of the Technical University of Munich (TUM)
Graduated as Master of Science in Physics
Training for patent attorneyship in a Patent Division of a leading European company working in the field of gearwheels, transmission and drive technology
Education at the German Patent and Trademark Office, the Federal Patent Court, and at the Patent Litigation Chamber of the Munich District Court
